I purchased a small plant of the UC Davis clone last year. Plant was healthy and in good condition when it arrived. I repotted in larger, deeper pot and the plant has made slow, steady increase in size over last 6 months. Am growing under LED lights with glass dome on top of plant. May have held the humidity too high though...plant seems to prefer no cover...just normal house humidity. Watering from bottom of pot. Lately, plant has begun sending out large pitchers from base of plant twice as large as previous (about 1.25 to 1.5” tall ). Pitchers are very showy with light orange body and bright green rim...gradually shading to burgundy as pitcher matures. This is an outstanding clone. Have grown cephalotus previously, but this clone is far more showy than others. Thanks to Predatory Plants for making this one available to us. If you like Cephalotus, this is one clone you should go for!
