Drosera capensis 'Albino'

Outstanding quality of plants, company and service

I started out by visiting the shop in Half Moon Bay, Ca where I met Josh and picked up a really healthy N. Jolly Twist and a N. spathulata x campanulata.

Both plants adjusted very well to my indoor conditions in San Francisco, so I went online and ordered a few more. I picked up:

-N. jacquelineae
-N. spectabilis x aristolochioides
-N. talangensis

All arrived healthy and exhibiting at least one developed pitcher (with others on the way!).

Josh and his team worked with me around specific shipping accommodations and plants not only arrived healthy, safe and quickly... they even threw in 2 extras!!! (N. Fancy Tapestry and N. Maxima x Vogelii)

5 stars and will definitely be back in the future for more Nepenthes!

Perfect plant and shipping

I have bought plants from this company before and I am always impressed with the Speedy shipping and excellent packaging that they take for their plants! The plants always arrived in perfect condition healthy and strong! If you're looking for a good source of carnivorous plants this is the place!!

Smaller than I thought

I would review this higher if it was based on customer satisfaction but since it's based on the plant I was a bit disappointed. I had an eye on this for a couple weeks but didn't realize the sizes were changing around the same price range with the same photo in place. Josh told me there was a video of sizing at the top of the nepenthes page but I always got linked from google and there was nothing on that page that said the size of the plant in inches or that it wasn't the plant in the photo. The saving grace is that these are still cute as hell as a tiny plant and Josh was exception in customer service. Now that I know the sizing system I will be more careful next time.

excellent condition

I received the plant after about a week in the mail. None of the leaves were damaged. It also had one open pitcher with beautiful purple coloring and another pitcher on its way. I was glad to see that bare root didnt mean all the media around the roots were removed. Really the plant was shipped in the plug it was growing in wrap in a damp paper towel.

Very small

I was expecting a bigger plant since it was very pricey. It was in healthy condition with a small pitchers and 2 pitchers going to form.
