Nepenthes "Viking" - Small

This was my first online CP order ever, and I couldn't have lucked out any more than to have ordered from here ;] My Vikings showed up in WONDERFUL shape, absolutely gorgeous, in great, professional packaging. No broken leaves OR dead Pitchers, everything was healthy, intact, the roots looked great, and they seem to be picking up very well! PP just earned a life-time customer ;D

I received my "viking" with 2 basal rosettes and 3 small pitchers. The stem in the middle of the rosette arrived broken from transit and the leaves appeared to have been smooshed flat. The plant is still showing some stress from travel but I think it'll spring back. I want to order more from Predatoryplants but many of their nepenthes are out of stock. Overall a nice small plant.

the plant is very tiny and has been turning black gradually. I wish I knew what to do to help it. No phone # to call predetory for help. SO sorry to have to write this.

thanks for the pitcher plant (viking), i'm enjoying it very much. it came with lots of pitchers two of them were a pink color and about two inch in length, it came in a week and it was a little in shock due to the cold weather we had up here (snow). all in all it came in good condition, had to put it in a hot house for 24 hours to snap it out of shock and its doing good. will order again many times. beware little flying pests in my garden (indoors) the pitcher is here!

Sad to say my Viking didn't survive the shipping experience. I think the long holiday shipping weekend and the cold got to him.
