Venus Flytrap

It came in damaged and dying; some of the Venus Flytrap's stalks already turned black. Their customer service insisted that it was how they usually shipped out their plants. They refused to offer any refund or compensation.

Because it is exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got some of it was dead but it was mostly great

I ordered the $12 Venus Flytrap and I wasnt sure what to expect because I live in Eastern PA and I knew it was coming from California... a week in a box? Probably not the best situation for a plant, plus we're heading into winter and it's getting very cold. It arrived just a couple hours ago and it is PERFECT! It was packed beautifully and there are a ton of traps on it of different sizes and only one trap that is black. It is a fantastic little plant. I LOVE it! I will most definitely buy more plants in the future from this company.

Even though I am on the opposite coast from you the plant looks like I could have picked it up from your nursery personally. Looks vigorous with more gorgeous red traps than expected. Very glad I purchased here. I'll be buying from you again.
